Private Health funds
Dr Joshua Free and Dr Nadia Hamdan are Bupa Members First and Medibank Members' Choice provider chiropractors. If you hold extras cover with Bupa or Medibank that includes chiropractic, you will generally receive a higher rebate when you see either of them.
Rebates differ depending on which of our chiropractors you see, so please mention your fund when you book and reception will connect you with the right practitioner.
Rebates depend on your level of cover, and any gap is payable on the day.

HICAPS is available on site, so you can claim your health fund rebate at the time of your visit.
Medicare care plans
​
All three of our chiropractors see patients referred by their GP under a GP chronic condition management plan — previously called a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement, and before that an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. Your GP decides whether you are eligible. Medicare allows up to five allied health services per calendar year across all providers.

Veterans, WorkCover and TAC
DVA Veteran Card holders are accepted. We also see patients with a WorkCover or TAC claim. We no longer bill WorkCover or the TAC directly: you pay at your appointment and claim the cost back using your claim number or the insurer's portal. Whether and how much is reimbursed is decided by the insurer.

Chadstone Chiropractic has one location: 1681 Dandenong Road, Oakleigh East, in Melbourne's south-east — about 3 km (around five minutes' drive) from Chadstone Shopping Centre, and a few minutes from Oakleigh, Clayton and Mount Waverley.​

We welcome patients from across Melbourne's south-east and eastern suburbs. Our closest neighbours are Oakleigh, Oakleigh East, Huntingdale, Hughesdale, Chadstone, Clayton and Notting Hill, and we also see patients from Oakleigh South, Murrumbeena, Carnegie, Malvern East, Ashwood, Burwood, Burwood East, Clarinda, Mount Waverley and Pinewood, Glen Waverley, Wheelers Hill, Mulgrave and Forest Hill — as well as from further afield, including Springvale, Noble Park, Dandenong and Dandenong North.
